Andrej Božič: In Slovenia, the value is hard work, not smart work
In an interview for Sobotna Priloga, MAS President Andrej Božič emphasized, among other things, that Slovenia has a tendency towards equality and that no one should stand out from the average: »In our country, we only afford wealth to athletes, because they are the only ones who, in our opinion, have achieved results through hard work. In Slovenia, the value is hard work, not smart work.«
He also pointed out that leadership should always seek dialogue, with people and with the planet, and that profit is no longer the most important goal of business, but the long-term value of a company with sustainable performance, not only for shareholders but for all stakeholders.
