Businesses operate as a learning environment
The results of this year's third survey of the Managers' Association on modern leadership show that, on average, organizations in Slovenia operate as a learning environment. The biggest leap has been made by medium-sized companies - investment in relationships is perceived positively, which is especially proving to be a competitive advantage in the crisis. But at the same time a very large share of companies operate as a working environment, which can put Slovenia even further behind in competitiveness.
