Even in the face of pandemic to greater gender balance in leadership positions
The MAS has been promoting greater gender balance in management positions for more than a decade. According to research by several foreign institutions and companies, the year of the covid-19 epidemic has exacerbated inequality. Despite the unpromising data, on the occasion of the International Women's Day the association highlights good examples of Slovenian female managers taking the highest positions in organization. Jana Benčina Henigman, Karmen Pangos, and Petra Juvančič, who have taken over the management of Sberbank, Žito, and our association in recent months, emphasize the importance of competencies.
