Wednesday, 5 April, saw the first meeting of the third generation of women managers participating in the mentorship programme Mentorship Network. After the introductory presentation of the programme and action plan, the representatives of 19 mentorship pairs also jointly prepared a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

At the introductory presentation of the programme and action plan to the mentors and mentorees, Mojca Podržaj, Secretary of the Section, explained the significance of mentorship for the Association: "We established that mentorship has a positive intention and exerts positive effects on our members. The mentors and mentorees from the previous generation primarily emphasised the two way learning, both at personal and career levels. This is an invaluable experience of knowledge transfer." The head of the working group Sonja Klopčič wished to mentorees to use opportunities to the largest possible extent and to prepare them in such a way that they are as suitable for them as possible. After the introductory presentation of the programme, the representatives of the mentorship pairs of the third generation also tested their cooking skills, preparing tortillas and kaiserschmarrn under the supervision of two chefs.
