On 1 June 2020, Petra Juvančič, former Director of Corporate Communications at Vzajemna, succeeded Saša Mrak Hendrickson, who moved abroad, on the position of MAS Executive Director. She joined MAS President Medeja Lončar, who puts sustainable leadership in the center, at the leadership of the association.

"The crisis has once again reminded us how vulnerable we are and how important it is for people to come together and connect all the key systems of society. We often forget that companies are people. The economy is also people. And only people who, through smart dialogue and cooperation, can contribute to a successful recovery and development that will bring us prosperity," said Petra Juvančič at the beginning of her term.
